How I work and how a session typically runs
You can make an appointment for a
non-binding introductory meeting of approx. 20-30 minutes via the calendar enquiry.
A few formalities need to be taken care
of during the initial meeting, and it serves primarily to clarify the assignment and
objectives. This usually lasts 30-60 minutes, but can also be shorter or longer.
A follow-up session also begins with a somewhat shorter conversation. Here we talk
about the experiences and developments since the last session. If necessary, the
assignment and/or objectives are adjusted.
The therapy session consists
of the following elements:
- Trance induction
- Problem treatment with one or more therapy methods (find out moreHERE)
- Check for possible implementation of ideas for change
- Trance release
Follow-up discussion about the experience,
if necessary make an appointment for a follow-up session
Ideally, you should take 30 minutes
or more for yourself afterwards, e.g. go for a walk, to reflect on the session,
follow your thoughts and process what you have experienced.
